Well, I've read a lot of Friedman related articles since his death. Its been a while since I took Krugman seriously and this one was linked to at Pluralist Economic Review which gave me hope.

Seriously though – have you actually gone looking for critics of Friedman, or did you find this article conveniently staked up in the middle of a cornfield?

Side note: damn those slippery politicians and their agendas! Why can’t they just pass laws and write budgets like they’re supposed to do?

I hovered over the link and started reading… “workers” (oh, oh…), then “labor” and I knew enough not to click. I did anyway and I was not disappointed.

But, let’s be serious… it’s not much worse than Krugman’s smear job. I’m saving my outrage for that one, because Krugman has no excuse whatsoever.
